I spent most of the night freaking out on Twitter ... so almost NO writing got done. Such is usually the case when my team is in the playoffs, but I will try to keep up with the posting schedule I've established of late for Insanity Underrated. Heh. I remember the exact same thing happened in 2007 when Ottawa made the Finals with To Ignite the Stars ... I could've started that fic way earlier than I did, but I was just too damn busy with hockey to devote the proper amount of time.
I saw like none of the last 30 seconds. I was hiding behind my laptop. ;)
A couple of notes:
- With the NHL playoffs here, I will obviously be posting about hockey. A lot. Probably way more than you are used to. Don't like? Use the scroll button. (Honestly, I hate to be so abrupt about this, and I know none of you will have any issues with it. But I just wanted to make it clear because I got some flak on another journal during the 2007 playoffs for posting about hockey so much. I even created a separate hockey account which I used for awhile, but honestly? I think it's my journal, my space, so I should be able to post what I want. REALLY long posts will of course be under a cut for courtesy's sake.)
- Some idiot called CapsCop lambasted me for my copious use of capslock on Twitter tonight. To which my response was basically: "Yeeeeeah, let me attempt to dredge some care from Give-A-Fuck Bay. WHOOPS I HAVE NONE." Haha, people are weird. It's comments like that that occasionally make me think of switching to protected tweets, but eh. Like I said: people are weird. Who the hell goes around policing the internet for capslock, anyway?
